Shirley, I am so very sorry to hear about Mr. Don! I just read this on facebook right now. Had I known, I'd have come to the funeral home and funeral. Mrs. Sabol, Jamie & Erin,

I am sorry for your loss....

What a blessing to have known such a dear man.

The many times I visited at your home I recall all the "Canadian" questions I would be asked... that too always made me feel more welcome. We had some good laughs together :).

I also fondly remember deer spotting which was a first for me. :)

The Lord sure gave me some special memories from these times in Girard for which I am thankful.

I will be thinking of you much on Monday - I do wish I could be there. I will be praying even now for you all.

One of my most fun memories is of Don and Shirley and teachers and staff having a white elephant exchange party (1995)in the school gym. From sonic bat to the old purse that had $100 in it (which no one knew), so many laughs and fun. Don leaves a wonderful legacy in his family. God bless you all through this difficult time.
