Patricia L. (Cowan) Ingro, 67, of Erie, passed away on April  18, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family.
  Pat was born October 21, 1948 in Erie, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Margaret (Wickline) Cowan Sr.
  She grew up on the west side of Erie attending McDowell High School. She began her working career at Byrd Plastics in Erie and then stayed home to take care of and raise her family. She returned to work later at Hanes Erie where she was a Quality Control Inspector for many years retiring from there in March of 2016.
  Pat enjoyed flower gardening, jewelry and craft making, sewing, reading, painting and fishing.  She was a dedicated and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Craig Lee Cowan in infancy and a granddaughter, Sierra Rose Meola.
  She will be greatly missed by her family which include her husband of 50 years, Thomas D. Ingro, also by two daughters, Christie L. Hellmann (Matthew) of Girard and Amy L. Meola (Robert) of Erie; a son, Thomas P. Ingro (Leah) of Erie; a brother, Lawrence J. “Larry” Cowan II of Erie; her grandchildren, Thomas, Brandon, Xavier, Ryan, Angelina, Desiree, Jasmine, Joshua, Nathan, Roman and Katelyn, also several nieces and nephews.
  Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at Edder Funeral Home, Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard and are invited to attend services there on Friday at 10AM with Rev. Clyde Davis officiating.
  Burial will be in the Hope Cemetery.
  The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Bob, Dr. William and Dr. Gary Esper, also Dr. Pete and Dr. Mizuba at Millcreek Community Hospital, Lakeland Area Hospice, along with the wonderful nurses for all their care and compassion during Pat's illness.
