Jeri A. (Weis) Harrington, 61 of Albion, passed away on Thursday April 6, 2017 as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

 She was born August 5, 1955 in Conneaut, OH, a daughter of the late Harlin R. and Maxine (Baxter) Weis.

 Jeri graduated from Northwestern High School in 1973. Following high school she went to work for Marx Toys in Girard in the assembly dept. She was a Teachers Aide at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Pre School in Albion. She also worked at the Albion Public Library, spending most of her time in the children’s section. In 2005, she began working at Camp Judson in North Springfield where she was the Office Manager, assisting with many daily camp operations.

 Jeri was the Treasurer of the Albion Area Fair for several years. She enjoyed gardening and bird watching, especially her hummingbirds. She loved spoiling her grandchildren most of all.

 She will be greatly missed by her family, which include her husband, Robert M. “Bob” Harrington, whom she married, April 19, 1980 in East Springfield also by a daughter, Amanda J. Card (Christopher); two sons Isaac R. Harrington (Michelle), Eric D. Harrington; a sister, Lori R. Weis; brother, Robert Weis; her beloved grandchildren, Alex Card, Aubrey Harrington, Owen Card, Vivian Harrington and several nieces and nephews.

 Friends may call on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.at Edder Funeral Home, Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard and are invited to attend services there on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Kenneth E. Thompson officiating.

 Interment will be in the Springfield Cemetery.
