Vincent J. Bartosek

Vincent J. Bartosek, 72, of Girard, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

He was born September 4, 1950, in Albion, a son of the late Frank and Louise Bartosek.

Vince graduated from General McLane High School in 1969. Following high school, he began work for the John Gresh Farm in Girard, worked at Fiesler's Gas Station for many years, as well as Asplundh Tree Service. He has worked for Harned Oil Company in Conneaut Lake for the past 40 years. 

He was a hard-working man throughout his entire life and took great pride in taking care of his customers. He enjoyed mowing his lawn, gardening and assisting his family with building and repairing their homes. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Cody, son, Brandon Bartosek, sister, Vicky Konetski and brothers, Louis "Skip" Bartosek, Frank Bartosek, and Anthony Bartosek. 

He will be greatly missed by his family, which include his wife, Patty Bartosek, sisters, Gloria Forsythe (Bill), Mary Beeman and Gelsa Sydow (George); brothers, Ed Bartosek (Ann), Mark Bartosek, Richard Bartosek (Mickey) and Joe Bartosek (Cora); also, many nieces and nephews. 

Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Edder Funeral Home Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard and are invited to attend services there on Monday at 10 AM.
