Mary Kidon

Mary (Burin) Kidon, 100 of Girard, died on Thursday February 15, 2024 at Pleasant Ridge Manor

Mary was born October 5, 1923 in Girard, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Sedor) Burin.

 She was raised and educated in Girard, and worked for General Electric in Cleveland for many years. She was also employed at Marx Toys in Girard for many years in various capacities, most recently as an assembler.

 She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fairview, where she was active in many ways. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of her family and home.
  
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Kidon, whom she married April 30, 1940 in Cleveland; her son, Robert Kidon; four brothers, Charles Buren, Joseph Buren, Peter Buren, and Francis Buren; and by a sister Elizabeth "Betty" Stewart.

  She is survived by; her son William "Bill" Kidon; brothers, George Buren and his wife Edna of Girard, Michael Buren and his wife Ella, and John Buren; grandchildren, Alan Kidon (Amanda) and Dave Kidon.

Funeral Services are being held privately by the family.
