Lucira Alzona Evalena (Brown) Baldwin, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025.

She was the loving daughter of Joseph E. Brown and Rachel Smith, born on October 6, 1986, in Ashtabula, OH.

Lucira attended Moniteau High School and later obtained her G.E.D. in 2005. She was a devoted stay at home mother for several years while raising her family, and later began working as a bartender at the Girard American Legion Post #494. Over the years, she also worked in retail, at Lake Erie Correctional Institution, Donjon Shipbuilding & Repair LLC, and most recently as a Conflict Review Technician II at BPG Inspections.

Lucira was a very organized person who poured her heart into everything she did. She had an affectionate and magnetic personality, with a deep love for people and a gift for serving others in need. She was also a passionate learner who enjoyed taking on challenges and figuring things out.

She was a former member of the Girard American Legion Post #494 and the St. Francis Usher’s Club in McKean. She was an active member of both the Edinboro-McKean VFW Post #740 and the Millcreek American Legion Post #773.

Lucira was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Betty Andrews Jr., Edward Brown, and Corrine Gamble, as well as by her daughter, Alysia Hope Baldwin.

She is survived by her family including her father, Joseph E. Brown (Alora); her mother, Rachel J. Smith (Fred); her daughter, Alexis F. Baldwin; her sons, Sean G. Andrews, Michael E. Baldwin, and Sebastian A. Chiesa; her brother, Joseph E. Brown II (Shelly); her half-brother, Ryder Brown; her uncle, Arthur “Bubby” Andrews II (Sara); and her beloved companion, Nathan Brown.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lucira’s name may be made to the Edinboro-McKean VFW Post #740, 10613 PA-98, Edinboro, PA 16412.

Friends may call on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Edder Family Funeral Home, 309 Main Street East, Girard, PA 16417.
