Joyce M. (Borland) Goodman

Joyce M. Goodman (Borland), 59, of Girard, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024.

Joyce was born on November 19, 1965, in Erie, to the late Richard and Betty (Hirby) Borland.

She graduated from Girard High School in 1984. After high school, jumped head first into the work force and began her family.

Joyce had many hobbies throughout her life but enjoyed, most of all, gardening and making crafts.

She is survived by her children, Theodore Goodman Jr.,  Shannon "Joey" Barnett, Holly Goodman and Krysta (Barnett) Housden (Chris); her sisters, Shirley Wagner (Butch), Linda Niles, Darlene Robertson, and Beth Hanna (Todd); her aunt, Zelma Forro as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joyce's name may be made to the Joyce M. Goodman Memorial Fund, under the care of Edder Funeral Home Inc.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 20th from 5:00 - 8:00pm at The Barracks, 10100 Ridge Road, Girard, PA 16417.
