John T. Hall Sr.

John T. Hall Sr., 75, of East Springfield, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

He was born on April 29, 1950, in Erie to the late James and Leona (Anger) Hall.

John graduated from Rice Avenue Union High School in 1968 and went on to attend the University of Michigan, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Agricultural Science in 1971. He returned home to work on the family farm, where he remained dedicated for the rest of his life. John enjoyed hard work and had a deep love for the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Rodrick Hall and James Hall.

John is survived by his daughter, Christin Brandon (David); his son, John Hall Jr. (Janet); his sister, Jane Washok (Jerry); grandchildren, Christian Hall and Angela Hall; great-grandchildren, Carson, Caden, Cameron, and Cassie Hall; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Per the family's wishes, services will be held privately.
