Joel H. Lindsey, III

Joel H. Lindsey III, 32, of Erie died on Sunday May 8, 2022 at UPMC Hamot Hospital..

He was born July 8, 1989. Joel attended Northwestern High School. He had a skill in drawing and often took small moments to share it with his daughter. Joel would design projects with her making car garages out of old cereal boxes. His memory stretched back years to seek a time with family. He enjoyed taking his four wheeler out riding as well as fishing. He enjoyed music and was very sentimental when it came to his family and caring for them. Joel was also a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joel H Sr. and Patricia Lindsey; and his maternal grandfather, Charles Beatman. 

Joel will be greatly missed by his family which include his father, Joel H. Lindsey Jr.; mother, Jennifer Beatman (James); a daughter, Arieanna Lindsey and her mother, Kristen Proper; and a sister, Jamie Lawson (Nathan); maternal grandparents, Regina Hibbard (James), Charles Benton (Lisa); paternal grandma, Jeannette Beatman; as well as many close aunts, uncles and cousins. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Joel Lindsey III memorial fund C/O Edder Funeral Home. 

Friends may call on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 4:00 pm to the time of service at 7:00 pm. at the Edder Funeral Home Inc. 309 Main St. E. Girard.
