Jeffrey Hernandez Obituary

Jeffrey Hernandez, 36, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Pleasant Ridge Manor.

Jeff was born on September 12, 1988, in Lebanon, PA, to the late Marcos and Emma (Sierra) Hernandez.

He grew up in Lebanon until age 16, when he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After a few years, Jeff moved to the Erie area to seek specialized treatment for his condition and eventually entered assisted living, residing at Pleasant Ridge Manor since 2014.

He is survived by his siblings, Richie Hernandez, Juan Lugo, and Emma Lugo.
