Frank Mannarelli Obituary

Frank P. Mannarelli, 68, of East Springfield, died at his home on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

On September 23, 1955, in Erie, Frank Mannarelli was born to Phillip and Diane (Raucci) Mannarelli. Excelling in track and field at McDowell High School, he later enlisted in the United States Navy in 1973. He would spend most of his time stationed in Germany until tragedy struck in 1977, which would bring Frank back home.

In the years that followed, Frank found love and companionship with Darlene Wilson. They married in 2000, beginning a life together in Springfield. Frank's passions were cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sundays, following his beloved Cleveland Indians, playing card games and BBQ cookouts with friends and family. His love extended to his dogs as well, particularly his cherished boxer, Rocky.

In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his stepson, Robert Senyo.

Frank will be greatly missed by his devoted wife, Darlene Wilson, sisters, Mary Hess and Joanne; brother, Pete Mannarelli; stepdaughters, Jessie Gariepy (Tim), Penny Phillips (Rob), Loretta Ruggiero (Dan) and Sharon Sawkens (Bobby); and numerous loving grandchildren.

A special thank you to his care taker, Jill Horvath.
