Debs was the Librarian at Mercyhurst Prep School for many years. She also developed the first curriculum for teaching computer skills to their students and put those skills to use herself.
She left Mercyhurst Prep for a position at LECOM School of Medicine in their Medical Library in 2014. She really loved helping the students there, and lived for Bone Box Month! Debs retired in July of 2020.
