Clifford Raoul Erdman, 55, of Cocoa, FL passed away suddenly at his home on August 27, 2022.
Cliff was born on March 1, 1967, a son of Raoul C. Sr. and Martha Jane (Broughton) Erdman. Cliff grew up in East Springfield and attended Northwestern School District. He moved to Cocoa, FL in the late 80’s to be closer to his brothers.
He worked for Stevenson’s Landscaping, Waste Management and several other jobs including roofing and apartment maintenance jobs.
Cliff liked to travel and had hitch hiked his way across the United States. Spending time in Texas, Arizona, Utah and Washington state. Cliff always had a kind word and a smile for anyone passing by. He said it was a gift to brighten someone’s day.
Cliff was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Kenneth Manning, niece, Jennifer Manning; sister-in-law, Pamela Manning and brother-in-law, George Green.
Cliff is survived by his brothers, Thomas Erdman (Ruby) of Cocoa, FL, Troy Manning (Patty) of Elizabethton TN, Raoul Erdman “Corky” (Rita) and Van Erdman of Conneaut, OH; sisters, Rain Tripp (Bud) of East Springfield, Anna Porter (Reid) of Lake City, Kathy Hoyt (Dave) and Cindy Green (Donny) of Conneaut, OH. Cliff is also survived by a very special nephew, James Manning (Tina) of Cocoa, FL; plus several other nieces and nephews.
Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local homeless shelters. Cliff spent many years living out of a tent and the kindness of others helped him throughout his time here on earth.
