Carroll J. Kibler

Carroll J. Kibler, 84, of Erie and formerly of Springfield Twp, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
She was born May 29, 1938, in Springfield Twp., a daughter of the late Edward A. and Marian J. (Kelty) Kibler.
Carroll was raised and educated in Springfield Twp. and graduated from West Springfield High School in 1956. She worked for Peggy Gray Candies in North Springfield for seventeen years, then worked at Spectrum Control as an assembler, retiring in 2009.
She was a volunteer at the animal rescue organization, Because You Care, Inc. She loved cats, flowers and enjoyed being at home to spend time gardening and being with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Michael J. Loeslein in 2012 and brother-in-law, Bill Bennett in 2015.
She will be greatly missed by her family, which include her five daughters, Colleen Loeslein of Erie, Sandra L. Venable (Scott) of Columbus, OH, Kathryn S. Torok (Joseph) of Erie, Tracy L. LaRoche (Mary) of Maine, Christine M. Ruland (Mark) of Erie; her sister, Patricia K. Bennett of Erie; seven grandchildren, Michael R. Loeslein, Robin Schoiack (Tristan), Donnie Venable (Anne), Kyle Venable (Katherine), Jaime Cupps (Craig), Joey Torok, Benjamin Ruland; great grandchildren, Nolan Schoiack, Grayson Cupps, Charley Cupps, Margaret Venable, Thomas Venable; a niece, Kimberly Bowersox (Eric); cousin, Karen Kibler-Winston and her cats Bumper and Peek-A-Boo which she adored.
Services will be held privately.
