Carl F. Lassman, 37, of Albion, died Monday, March 21, 2022, following an automobile accident.
He was born on June 30, 1984, in Erie, a son of Michael J. and Debra A. (Turner) Lassman of Albion.
Carl graduated from Northwestern High School in 2002, where he stood out as a football player for the “Wildcats.” While in high school he also studied to be an auto body technician at Erie County Vo-Tech. Following high school, he worked for Niles Garage in Edinboro and later National Vacuum. He had been employed for many years at Saracon L.P. Industrial Services, (Hazardous and Environmental Clean-up) and had most recently been employed at Allegheny Wood Works in Lake City.
He attended the Kidders Corners Community Church and throughout his life enjoyed working on cars and helping others with any job that needed to be done. Carl was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
He was preceded in death by a cousin, Stephanie Lassman and his aunts, Pamela Lassman and Susan E. Turner.
He will be greatly missed by his family, which in addition to his parents include a sister, Cassandra J. Lassman and a brother, John W. Lassman also his grandparents, Richard and Maryann Turner.
Friends may call on Saturday from 2 to 4 P.M. and 6 to 8 P.M. at Edder Funeral Home Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard and are invited to attend services there on Sunday at 10 A.M. with Minister Ashley Babbitt officiating.

Burial will be in the Hope Cemetery.
