Arthur R. Lehman

Arthur R. Lehman, 76, of West Springfield, died Saturday, July 10, 2021.
 He was born August 15, 1944, in Erie, a son of the late Arthur H. and Lillian (Drushel) Lehman.
Arthur graduated from Strong Vincent High School in 1963. Following high school, he worked at several foundries including Fairview Castings and later retiring from Erie Bronze and Aluminum. Art was always working hard and held several different jobs for most of his career.
He loved racing and race cars, was an avid NASCAR fan, whose favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt. Art loved the local dirt tracks as well as attending many Erie Seawolves games. He just enjoyed hanging out with his “old friends”, telling stories and sharing memories.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta I. (Kensill) Lehman, whom he enjoyed 50 years of marriage together.
He will be greatly missed by his family, which include his three sons, Arthur R. Lehman II, Stefan A. Lehman (Adelle) and Alan M. Lehman (Allie).
Friends may call on Thursday from 11AM to the time of a Memorial Service at 12 Noon at Edder Funeral Home Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Arthur Lehman Memorial Fund, C/O Edder Funeral Home.
