Albert J. Sabol, Jr.

  Albert J. Sabol Jr. 63, of Girard, died on Thursday August 11, 2022 at Pleasant Ridge Manor. 

 He was born on February 5, 1959 to the late Albert J. Sabol Sr. and Edna Mae (Carlotti) Sabol.  

  Bert graduated from Girard High School in 1977 and attended Erie County Technical School for three years. He worked various jobs after tech school. He was the Girard Borough Constable for 12 years and worked at General Electric for 23 years until his retirement in 2019. Bert was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Girard.

  He loved to ride motorcycles owning multiple over the years and attending events such as Roar on the Shore and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. He enjoyed hunting and getting together with a few friends in Tionesta, PA at ABC hunting camp. Bert also ran a small-scale auto body repair shop out of his home helping neighbors and friends. 

  In addition to his parents Bert was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Sabol (Debbie); and sister, Cathy Emery. 

  He will be greatly missed by his family which include his daughter, Natasha Sabol; sister, Christina Polka; granddaughter, Muse Sabol; nephew, Charles Polka (Jocelyn); and niece, Jennifer Sabol.

Friends may call on Monday August 15, 2022 at the Edder Funeral Home Inc. 309 Main St. E. Girard; from 4:00 P.M. to the time of service at 7:00 P.M.
