Sharon A. (Klins) Persons

Sharon A. (Klins) Persons, 71 of Fairview, passed away at her home, surrounded by her family on Friday February 2, 2018.

 She was born September 7, 1946 in Erie, a daughter of the late Thomas A. and Annie Louise (Cornwell) Klins.

 Sharon graduated from the Harborcreek High School in 1964. She worked for 30 years at Spectrum Control in Fairview. As an employee she began working there in 1983 as an Assembler and retiring from there in 2013 from the Shipping and Receiving Department.

 She enjoyed traveling, going for rides and going to blue grass festivals with her husband Dave. She also loved traveling to Casinos and spending time there.

 In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David W. Persons on September 18, 2017.

 She will be greatly missed by her family, which include her daughter, Lora L. Hughson (Brian) of Millcreek; her grandchildren, Michael and Emma Hughson; her sisters, Lois Fischer of Girard and Penelope Klins of Denver, CO; a brother, Thomas Klins of Erie; a step son, Tyler Persons of St. Cloud, FL; step grandchildren, Victor and Matthew Persons and several nieces and nephews.

 Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at 6 p.m at Edder Funeral Home, Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard.

 Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery.
