Robert W. "Bob" McNabb

  Robert W. “Bob” McNabb Sr., 78 of Lake City, passed away on Friday March 30, 2018.
 He is survived by his wife, Connie (Darr) McNabb, a son Robert W. McNabb Jr. (Patty) of Lake City and a daughter Merritt Dill (Tom) of Erie, his loving grandchildren, Taylor McNabb, Paige Potter (Kyle), Jack Dill, Grace Dill; sister, Carol Harvey (Dave); brother, Mark McNabb and five nieces.
 In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy E. McNabb, two nephews, and his step father, Earl Lilly. 
 Bob was born in Erie on July 30, 1939 to James M. McNabb and Lena P. (Adkins) McNabb Lilly. 
 In 1957 Bob graduated from McDowell High School. After marriage Bob lived with his wife Connie in Erie County where they raised their children and grandchildren. Bob was an avid fisherman and hunter. Bob was also heavily involved in the Presque Isle Jaycees in his younger years. He was also a member of the Tyrian Commonwealth Lodge # 362 F & A.M. Erie, Scottish Rite Bodies, Valley of Erie, Zem Zem Temple Shrine.
 He enjoyed spending time with relatives and friends at hunting camp or on Lake Erie. Bob also enjoyed helping family and friends with home improvement projects.
 He was very proud of each of his grandchildren and made all of them feel special.
 Friends and family may call on Tuesday at Edder Funeral Home Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard from 2 to 4 p.m and 6 p.m to the time of a Memorial Service at 8 p.m. There will be a Masonic Service held there on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children, 1645 W. 8th St., Erie, PA 16505
