Norma J. (Eisenman) Folletti

Norma J. (Eisenman) Folletti, 86 of East Springfield, passed away on Friday December 15, 2017 at UPMC Hamot following a brief illness.
 She was born July 5, 1931 in Oil City, a daughter of the late Arthur and Rose (Barnhart) Eisenman.
 She graduated from the Oil City High School in 1949. Following high school she attended and graduated from Hamot Hospitals Nursing Program as a Registered Nurse. She began her employment there and was a night shift Supervisor there. She later worked at the Erie Veterans Affairs Medical Center and most recently at Brown Memorial Hospital in Conneaut for 36 years, retiring in 1996. She took great pride in starting the Special Procedures Unit and the care she provided her patients. 
 Mom loved her flowers, bingo and her friends that she made at bingo. She gave willingly to help neighbors and friends without question and was the type of person who greatly cherished those friendships. She always saw the good in people.  Her favorite place on earth was Henry's Bend, Pa, where she enjoyed summers and spending time with family. 
 Norma was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Girard and a member of the Girard American Legion Post #494 Auxiliary. During her retirement years, Norma volunteered at TREC in Fairview and loved playing cards and bingo.
 In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Felix A. Folletti whom she married April 28, 1956 he passed away in 1974, also by three sisters, Arlene English, Mary Beightol and Barbara Pries, also a grandson, Daniel Folletti in 2004.
 She will be greatly missed by her family, which include two daughters, Rosemarie C. Riley (John), Mary L. Dahlberg (James); three sons, Felix A. "Chip" Folletti (Janice DeLoach), Frederick D. Folletti (Sue), David L. Folletti; her grandchildren, Mary Jean Cruise, Stephanie Linza, Brian Crowl, Megan Friend, Danielle Giles, Dominick Folletti, Jonathan Dahlberg, Morgan Dahlberg, Jesse Dahlberg and nine great grandchildren.
 Friends may call on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Edder Funeral Home Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard and are invited to attend services there on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Paul Friend officiating.
 Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Girard.
 In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to TREC, 8342 Platz Rd., Fairview, Pa 16415.
