Donna E. (Stewart) Ball

Donna E. (Stewart) Ball, 85 of Girard, passed away on Sunday November 11, 2018 at Pleasant Ridge Manor.
  She was born November 30, 1932 in Bradford,PA., a daughter of the  late Augustus L. and Charlotte M. Jones Stewart and was raised and educated in Bradford , moving to the Erie area in 1967. She had also lived in Albion and later Springfield Twp., returning to Erie in 1998.
 She was a former member of the South Side Baptist Church in Erie, and enjoyed Bingo and Cooking.
 Donna was preceded in death by her husband William F. Ball on March 17, 2000, and whom she married April 14, 1984 in East Springfield, also by a daughter, Martha Steele in infancy, two sons, Dennis K. Steele on  December 31, 2002 and Paul L. Steele in infancy; sisters, Joan (Stewart) Brooks and Darlene Peterson  and three brothers, Richard, Harry and Robert Stewart.
She will be greatly missed by her family which include five daughters, Charlene Blood  (Lawrence) of Girard, Janice Lauer (Gerald) of Erie, Norma Jean Ward (Robert) of Edinboro, Phyllis Walburn (William) of Erie, Mary Ellen "Pippy" Neiswonger (Kevin) of Girard; three sons, Mark Steele (Cindy) of Erie, Shawn Ball and Dana Ball both of Erie; a sister, Marie Austin of Bradford; eighteen grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, a great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
 Friends may call on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m to the time of the funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Edder Funeral Home Inc., 309 Main St., East, Girard.
