Marjorie L. Dichter 89 of Lake City, passed away on Saturday May 21, 2016 at Pleasant Ridge Manor.

She was born February 18, 1927 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of the late Edna M. Songer.

Marjorie graduated from Sigel High School, (Jefferson County) in 1946 and attended nurse's training at Saint Vincent Health Center and later worked for Grimm Manufacturing, Manchester Presbyterian Lodge and Millcreek Community Hospital. Most recently she was employed at Plastek as a mold injector.

She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Girard and enjoyed painting, pictures, crochet, knitting and leatherwork.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alwain "Bussy" L. Dichter in 1974 and a daughter, Susan D. Chilelli in 2015.

Her family includes, a daughter, Elaine M. Dichter of Girard; two sons, David D. Dichter of Erie and Gary A. Dichter (Michelle) of Girard; four grandchildren, Todd, Timothy, Cheyanne, and Danielle Dichter; and a son in law, John Chilelli of Erie.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Edder Funeral Home, Inc., 309 Main St. East, Girard.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
