Margaret K. Gray, 75 of Girard, passed away on Saturday June 11, 2016 at Pleasant Ridge Manor.

Margaret was born on April 30, 1941 in Apollo, Pa., a daughter of the late Alfred and Myrtle Rummell Moore.

She graduated from Apollo High school in 1960 , later moving with her husband to Lake City and then to Cross Station Road in Girard, where she was a homemaker and devoted mother.

Margaret enjoyed flower gardening, bird watching, bicycling. Her priority in life had been to take care of her family and spend time with them.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Darren W. Gray, November 9, 2010.

She will be deeply missed by her husband Arlyn W. Gray, whom she married Oct. 31, 1964 in Apollo, Pa.; her daughter, Karen K. Maycock and her husband Chris of Erie, Pa.; her sisters, Alice Poydence of Dallas, Tex. and Mary Miller of Apollo, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Edder Funeral Home, 309 Main St. East, Girard and are invited to services there on Wednesday at 10AM with Rev. Brock Beveridge officiating.

Burial will be in Sterrettania Cemetery.
