Lynette "Susie" Mead-Artis

Lynette “Susie” Mead-Artis, 70, formerly of Linesville, passed away on Wednesday April 11, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her family.
 She was born August 9, 1947 in Meadville, a daughter of the late William H. and Orpha S. (Martin) Mead.
 Susie attended school in Linesville, and worked at the Pit & Pub in Conneaut Lake as a Waitress for many years. She moved to Orlando Florida and worked for Rida & Associates, Property Management, as an Office Secretary.
 She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and a huge fan of NASCAR, attending many races throughout the years. 
 In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, William Mead and Dale “Butch” Mead.
 Susie will be greatly missed by her family which include her daughters, Jamie L. Orr-Stockton, Rhonda S. Berkley (Noel); a son, Ronald R. Orr Jr. (Mary); two sisters, Yvonne L. Shouey, Marianne Kinch (Andy); two brothers, Jeffrey Mead (Diane), Robert Mead; her beloved grandchildren, Ronnie Orr (Britney), Shentell Ross, Drew Orr, Nickolas Stockton, Adam Orr, Payton Berkley and Nathan Stockton; great grandchildren, Ty, Jack, and D.J. also several nieces and nephews.
 In lieu of ceremonies at this time, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
