Bruce E. Stoll Jr., 34 of Girard, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016 at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh following a courageous battle with Lymphoma and ultimately Leukemia.

He was born December 24, 1981 in Erie, a son of Bruce E. and Deronda "Dee" (Wilson) Stoll Sr.

Bruce attended school in Girard and later became an over the road truck driver with his father. He had been self employed as a building contractor as well as working for Pennock Construction. He had most recently employed by Lawnscape in Girard.

He was a member of the Girard Alliance Church, the Sons of the American Legion at Fairview American Legion Post #742, enjoyed watching football and was an avid Dallas Cowboys football fan. He was known throughout the area for always being busy and helping others and loved by everyone he met.

In addition to his parents his family includes his wife, Laura (Briggs) Stoll, whom he married July 26, 2014. Although being recently married he and Laura had a wonderful 15 years of companionship together, he is also survived by two sons, Joshua C. and Bruce E. Stoll III at home; his grandmother, Deronda "Donnie" Wilson of Cranesville; two sisters, Stephanie M. Head (Thomas) of Platea, Stacy L. Burns (William) of Lake City; his mother and father in law, David and Terry Briggs of Girard; sister in law, Sarah Harbaugh (Jason) of Lake City and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Friday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Edder Funeral Home, 309 Main St. East, Girard and are invited to attend services there on Saturday at 10AM with Rev. Clyde Davis officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bruce Stoll Memorial Fund C/O Edder Funeral Home.
