My heart is heavy. The picture of his smile on the memorial page says it all. What a champ of a guy. He was a year ahead of me in high school. He brought happiness to all people around him, way back even at a young age.

May the joy of his life's memories bring healing to those close to him, may his walk of faith be with us always. May God's love strengthen our spirit as we realize how short our time is here. May we walk by faith and look forward to the day when we meet up again and fellowship in the land of glory. Thank you God for your love and spirit. Thank you for Brook's life and his faith in you. May your healing bring peace and joy. Amen.

Jen, Jake and Alex, our prayers are with you in this sorrowful time. Brook was an amazing father and husband. Although, we never truly understand why such horrible things happen to good christian people, take heart that he is in God hands. Trust in Jesus that you and your children will be in his graces and protection. Right now, it may be difficult to imagine that this pain will ever go away. But in time, your heart will know the peace, comfort, and hope that it needs to heal. Until then, please remember there are many friends sending you love and lifting you up in prayer. With Heartfelt Sympathy to each of you.
